Florida is experiencing a housing crisis. Over half of us are paying over a third of our income to housing because of increasing rental costs and skyrocketing homeowner’s insurance. We must take action to provide affordable housing for our citizens.

We must work with local, state, and federal agencies to reduce the cost of building and sustaining housing, provide subsidies to make housing affordable, and develop a catastrophic insurance plan to help families rebuild after a crisis.
